A self-confessed sweetaholic with a grin that says it all, Zumbo (aka dessert demi-god), has just launched his tell-all cookbook.

‘Zumbo’ – a visual display of his delicious trade secrets – invites readers to step inside his whimsical world of sweet treats.

Thanks to Zumbo’s wild imagination and curious mind, each sassily named creation promises to excite even the most savoury of tooths.

The launch of the book coincides with the unveiling of yet another Zumbo conquest – a Willy Wonka inspired fantastical cafe in the newly refurbished The Star.
