The Woodsfolk

Sometimes you wonder where things come from on a big scale i.e. where did that meteor shower come from?

Sometimes you wonder about things on a smaller scale i.e. where did that mushroom lamp come from?

The Woodsfolk can’t help you with the big questions but it can definitely answer the smaller ones. With homewares and fashion accessories sourced from all over the world, this shop is a veritable pick ‘n’ mix of quirky design from Norway to Nepal; from St Kilda to St Kitts.

This eccletic corner store is the love child of stylist Amber Clohesy whose mantra is beautiful and practical.

Amber scours the world’s design fairs and artisan workshops for weird and wonderful items to furnish everything from kid’s rooms to kitchens. You won’t find this stuff in Ikea. Hell, you won’t find it anywhere. Amber has a secret network of spies who work for the resistance; the people who fight mass produced blah-ness with creative sparks.
