Style, revelry and wine

After or in between office time, call in on the CBD’s newest wine bar for an elegant way to circumnavigate Italian cuisine.

Begin bar-side with spuntini (snacks) and a bold Bacco Spritz – a l’aperitivo with a twist, made of chilled fragrant Soave and homespun peach lemonade served long with fresh white peach.

Dine around the open view kitchen to catch Executive Chef Fulvio Lancione hand-making your fresh fennel seeded potato gnocchi, slicing cured meats, or preparing village and seaside traditional dishes.

For a more intimate setting, opt for a purple-lit booth. It’s tucked to the right behind the temperature controlled glass wine cellar filled with old and new world classic wines chosen by Ben Moechtar, master sommelier.

For dessert, deliberate between fresh-made pastries and classic chocolate tortina.  Close with your ritual digestivi.

From start to finish, Bacco Wine Bar is all Italian passion.
