St Ali, Exposed

Are you a keen bean, or just green when it comes to the business of the brew?

Coffee nerds and newbies alike will find something new to latch onto at St Ali’s inaugural Coffee Expo.

An invitation into the heady, aromatic world of micro roasting and coffee knowledge, the expo’s sessions will leave you buzzed with the latest information and skills in how to spot a good cup – and perhaps more importantly – why it tastes so good.

Featuring classes by expert roaster Joe Tynan, as well as crash courses in alternative brewing (Hario, pour over, siphon and more), coffee cupping, plus the whole story about origin and process that takes you from the plantation to the cup, this is the best place to get the 411 on all things coffee in Melbourne this January.

Make ours a double shot.
