Paris to Provence Festival

Fancy feeling like a true weekend Parisian socialising over a plate of Camembert and sipping the finest Chablis – without jetting to Europe?

Oui, you’re in luck. The delightful Como House in South Yarra, is again hosting the Paris to Provence yearly festival.

The gardens will be transformed this weekend (23 – 25 November) into a truly French village where you’ll be able to ‘taste and experience’ all that embodies France.

With live music, wine tastings, magic shows and mime artists as well as a French open air market, property seminars and cocktail demonstrations, you’ll emerge the other side, a satisfied Francophile.

Prahran’s favourite French bistro, Chez Olivier, is presenting a pop-up restaurant to showcase its famously French fare including favourites such as Steak Frites and French Onion Soup.

Chef Gabriel Gate will be sharing insights from filming Taste le Tour, and for those with a devilish sweet tooth look no further than the chocolate appreciate classes and treats from the ever popular Café boulevard.

Kick-start the weekend with a cocktail party in the Chez Olivier courtyard, or for the more laid back soiree, relax on a picnic blanket in the gardens soaking in the French ambience.

Eat, drink and be merry mes aimee.
