Opera Bar for breakfast

Located on some of the best visual real estate in the city, Opera Bar is offering early risers a reason to shine.

From 9am on weekends, this famous bar is serving the ultimate Sydney Champagne breakfast. Shade yourself under the sails of the Opera House or sun yourself on the concourse overlooking the harbour and choose from a menu that includes a short and sweet range from granola to Laurent-Perrier Brut Champagne.

For those who are recovering from the previous night’s excesses, there are Croque Monsieurs and Di Gabriel Boutique coffee. For Mrs Macquarie’s Chair joggers, there’s biodynamic baked eggs with tomato, beans, spinach and sourdough with 100% organic coconut water for hydration.

The only danger in this idyllic concept is that lunch butts up to breakfast and shimmies into dinner so you could end up spending a whole day observing the goings on of the harbour with a glass in hand. As they put it, ‘No bookings. Best view in the world.’ Kinda sums it up.
