The story goes like this; David met Richard in Hong Kong and they bonded over their mutual obsession with Mexican food.
David came home to Melbourne and Richard – otherwise known as the Big Daddy of Mexican cuisine – went back to New York but their love affair – with black beans and rice, tacos, chipotle and tequila – lived on.
It was inevitable that these two would get back together and lucky for us, mi amigos, they are throwing a Mexican style fiesta to celebrate.
Think musicians, magicians, dancers, Mexican horror films and street food that would make the Madonna weep.
