Get the Best of Both Worlds at Bottle and Beast

Back to work and already reaching for the bottle? There’s nothing like a chilled glass of wine at the end of a long day. And some meat straight from the spit. Ok maybe that’s just the die-hard carnivores, but at Bottle and Beast you get the best of both.

Jared Ingersoll (Danks St Depot) couldn’t stay idle for long and his brand new pop up bar is going to get the juices flowing. Each night an entire beast will be roasted on a spit. Lamb, pig, maybe even goat.

Match that with something from the epic Riesling list (in case you didn’t know, it’s the Annual Summer of Riesling Festival) and you’re good to go.

Beyond the spit, which is served as part of a The Beast set menu, Ingersoll will also be whipping up yakitori and share dishes if you’ve missed out on the beast.

This is not a meat market or beer hall – Ingersoll and his partner wine expert Jason are here to ensure this is a hearty, healthy feast, with produce sourced locally and sustainably.
