Town and Country Style Flea Market

Town and Country Style HERO

Forget rummaging through the brick-a-brack, this is the flea market where the hard part has been done for you.

Town and Country Style is throwing open its doors for a one-off sale, where you’ll pick up beautiful vintage pieces for a bargain.

The brand’s Armadale Showroom is spring cleaning its extensive vintage collection – typewriters, old school telephones, pre-loved luggage trunks, bird cages, even cutlery will be for sale from $5. Every home needs a vintage birdcage.

Want to turn shabby into shabby chic? Just pick one of the “room” displays set up by the showroom stylists and take the whole lot home with you. You could even go all out and get a makeover for your manor.

It’s like going to Ikea without the flatpacking or the meatballs. Town and Country Style know that furniture shopping and flea markets are hard work, so they’re putting on a tea. Marie Antoinette-style.

Think beautiful Deitea loose leaf and herbal tisanes and too-cute-to-eat cupcakes from local hotshot Tommy Collins.

Register on the Town and Country Style Facebook page and you’ll receive a free tea and cupcake voucher, along with a showbag. What’s not to love?

Lisa used to use Sydney as a base to drop off souvenirs before heading off on the next adventure but these days she’s got her feet almost on the ground, with a desire to try every high tea in Sydney, and a cute cavoodle puppy at home. Travel writer, photographer and Kitchen Aid freak, she loves to eat, bake and write.
