The Star Launches Its New Nightclub

Dust off your dancing shoes Sydney, the juggernaut of all nightclubs has landed Down Under.

If you’ve ever partied in Vegas, you’re probably all too familiar with the dance floor at Marquee – one of the world’s hottest superclubs home to resident DJs like Erick Morillo, Kaskade and Red Foo from LMFAO. And now you can relive the party, sans the 24hr flight.

Occupying the entire top floor of The Star – that’s room for 1,200 partiers – Marquee is set to host the launch party of all launch parties this Saturday night.

Expect to see will.i.am from Black Eye Peas spinning tunes while you make your way through 20,000 square feet of floor space and three separate dance rooms.

Think state-of-the-art everything, LED ‘this’ and sound system ‘that’.

The ‘Main Room’ has a 30 foot projection stage with a LED DJ booth and two dance floors. You’ll find a separate DJ in the ‘Boom Box’ (prepare yourself for ringing ears) with its top notch sound system and outdoor patio.

And just as the feet start to ache, make your way to the chill out space with views over the city. Or find a ‘friend’ and get cozy in the intimate ‘Library’ room complete with a working fireplace.

Clear the calendar. This is one party you want in on.
