The brunch to end all brunches

Ice ice baby. Ice Imperial. Oh yes, that’s right. The Moët & Chandon Ice Imperial brunch is here.

Two hours of free flowing bubbles and a smorgasbord of breakfast treats, all served up on The Royal Hotel Paddington’s Verandah. This is the stuff of girls brunch dreams. The Royal Brunch series is here to help you shrug off Winter and get ready for the warm weather.

Moët & Chandon’s Ice Imperial is designed specifically to be served over ice, with a fun, fruity palate that makes it great for daytime bubbles. The Royal’s chefs are pairing it with all the best goodies – fruit, pastries, coconut chia pots, smoked salmon and eggs. You won’t go hungry, or thirsty. Or rushed. A DJ will hit the decks from 1pm so you can settle in for a Saturday session.
But hurry, the brunch will take place on Saturdays for just five weeks, from August 12th until September 9th.
