Immerse Yourself Into the Brown Brothers Experience

America has the Obamas. England has the royals. And Australia has its First Families of Wine – a 12-strong lineup of heritage-seeped dynasties that you don’t need a fancy prefix to share a dinner table with.

One of those families is the Brown Brothers, third and fourth generation vine-tenders reigning from Milawa since 1889. They’re now inviting you into the family for a weekend of workshops, tastings, and talks. Think the Wonka’s Chocolate Factory of VIP vineyard tours but with more, uh… “savoury” surprises.

Your two-day working experience includes a BBQ dinner in the lush Milawa gardens, a gourmet picnic lunch in the “Hidden Vineyard,” and accommodation in the 4.5-star Wangaratta. You’ll even schmooze with the Brown clan over a three-course lunch at Patricia Table – complete with matching wines and first-hand stories. Aren’t meals so much more fun when it’s not your own tipsy dad cracking gags about “mum’s favourite whine”?

Spots are limited and it’s on this weekend so get in quick to become an honorary member of viticulture royalty. Who said you can’t choose your family?
