Parlour Lane

Part theatre, art gallery and fashion studio QT Sydney’s Parlour Lane has more personality than Dame Edna.

Just a hopscotch jump from the magic shopping quadrant of DJs, Myer, Zara and Topshop this tasty hideaway launches a new menu focusing on organic sourcing thanks to Robert Marchetti (Icebergs, North Bondi Italian).

If you suffer from NACS (Not Another Chicken Salad) this white cut milky line up is a layered sesame sensation. The calamari is a cracker of saucy green tabasco and garlic aioli creating a new chapter in what chefs should do with Sydney’s most loved appetiser. Ruben rolls and beef burgers are a wink to nostalgia replete with creative twists.

Perch at the retro bar on a red shoed, garter belt wearing bar stool, grab a glass of Canella Prosecco and play ‘who’s got the hottest legs’. Whether you’re into classics or want to opt for a cheeky vino, this fashionista hot spot delivers a stylish way to satisfy all tastes.
