Meet Mr. Carter

His name is Mr. Carter, but he’s not married to Beyoncé and has nothing to do with any track by Lil’ Wayne.

He calls Sydney home, and when visiting LA you’re more likely to find him landing switch 360 kickflips on Venice Beach than quaffing Hennessy in the back of a stretch limousine.

Zach Carter is the man behind the Mr. Carter brand. A self-proclaimed misfit and adversary of sartorial mediocrity, he’s on a quest to give discerning males an alternative to rolled up chinos and a scoop neck striped tee.

This season he’s into sex, drugs and fast money, but think along the lines of 90’s cult surf films rather than anything on MTV. Mr. Carter’s sophomore outing ‘Dogtown’ features cable knit tees, fitted dog tooth dinner jackets, sporty bombers and vivid shorts aplenty — ones that actually fall above the knee. It’s street style gone upscale, with a gritty cool kid twist.

Introduce yourself (or man) to Mr. Carter. You’ll find you’ll get along splendidly.
