What you might need is to consider different methods of stomach stretching, because over three delicious days Moore Park will be playing host to more gastronomic and visual treats than Adriano Zumbo’s Dessert Train.
On the celebrity side the MasterChef medalists will be adding to a superstar line-up including George Calombaris, Matt Moran, Dan Hong and Mitchell Orr. See them take on a Mystery Box Challenge and get complex in the Invention Test Theatre, or roll up your sleeves for an intimate sweet or savory “how to”.
Need some alfresco respite? Sydney’s elusive food trucks will also be pulling up their handbrakes on site to brave share turf with Queen/Nazi of Rice Paper Rolls Miss Chu.
If chefs are the new rock stars, this could be the hottest ticket on the festival calendar.
