Lindt appreciation

Chocolate has become a bit of a posh pastime. No longer is it about the small squares of Cadbury’s humble milk chocolate – it’s about the hand-made and artisan, or an experience in café’s devoted to the art of chocolate in its many forms, and tempting us with their delectable window displays.

Either way, you’re certainly not complaining, particularly when you can indulge in a ‘Chocolate Appreciation Evening’ where it’s encouraged to eat multiple flavours, styles and forms of chocolate. It’s actually also quite an informative, interesting history lesson, the skill required to make award winning chocolate and the traditions Lindt uphold to this day.

You’ll get to see how chocolate is made and see a demonstration by the Lindt Master Chocolatier (what a great job title). And of course, throughout the evening enjoy tasting many of the pralines, truffles and cakes, like white chocolate framboise and chocolate hazelnut gateau.

We highly recommend sampling this experience in Winter. Winter layers make for much easier choc belly cover ups.
