Summer Menu made easy with HelloFresh’s new dishes

Okay let’s get the elephant out of the room early. Summer has yet to materialise on Sydney’s weather radar. But while we wait, we’re letting our taste buds go full speed ahead on Summer menus with the help of HelloFresh. The meal kits have kept us happy in the kitchen this year (through lockdowns and downpours alike) and now the silly season is among us, they’re keeping us well fed with nutritional, tasty meals.

The new summer menu dishes get our tick of approval – think chargrilled Greek-style chicken tenders with halloumi, Tzatziki and garlic couscous, caramelised onion beef bangers with Parmesan mash and a loaded beef and bacon sausage sizzle. Like a lot of HelloFresh dishes, the emphasis here is heavy on flavour, light on lift. On some days we’re in the kitchen for just 15 minutes to get dinner ready. What’s summer without grilled meats and yummy salads?! And if you’re entertaining, plan ahead and up the portion number so you can cook for two or cook for a crowd.

Promised a three-course meal for your besties? No problem. There’s a new range of side menus (hello flatbreads and spinach and pear salad!) and even a new chocolate brownie for dessert.
