Cuisine Now Festival

Eat better, eat now
A New Year’s resolution you’ll want to keep: be epicure. Promptly get on your way with Cuisine Now, the latest culinary festival to make its mark on our shores.

Doltone House has partnered with legendary chef and restaurateur Tony Bilson to bring together (literally) an astral array of internationally acclaimed chefs – Michel Roux Senior (3 Michelin Stars, UK), Nicolas le Bec (2 Michelin Stars, France), Reine Sammut (1 Michelin Star, France), Philippe Mouchel from The Brasserie on Crown, Cheong Liew from Hilton’s Grange Restaurant, and Tetsuya Wakuda from Tetsuya’s.

You can opt for two-hour long cooking master classes, demonstrations and a 6-course degustation Gala Dinner prepared by a distinguished quad of Michelin Star chefs. If your pantry seeks fine delicatessen products in all its forms, you’ll love the early glimpse of food emporium ‘Signorelli Gastronomia’ now opened on Darling Island Wharf.

2, 4, 6, 8, Cuisine Now don’t wait.
