China Doll and China Lane for one night only!

What happens when you bring two fabulous fine dining restaurants together to celebrate a milestone? Something big, something very, very big.

On Wednesday 9th May, China Lane and China Doll will come together for the laneway meal to end all laneway meals. Under the hanging birdcages just off Angel Place, 75 lucky diners will get to help these two restaurants celebrate a combined 20 years of Sydneyside culinary magic.

That’s right, we’re talking signature dishes from both restaurants (pork belly we’re looking at you), Voyager Estate Wines and Sapporo Beer for just $100 per person.

Possibly the best Wednesday night any of us will have in a long time, the kitchen will be manned by China Doll’s head chef Frank Shek and China Lane’s head chef Kristian Vale as they bring back to life some of the two restaurant’s most infamous dishes.

This tasty trip down memory lane will be hosted by Maeve O’Meara, who will tease out a few stories from the chefs for old times sake.
