The Germans are coming
The Beck’s Berlin Sessions returns to Sydney on the back of a successful debut in 2008 that saw Jazzanova, Heiko Laux and Quarion show off their musical mastery. This year’s event promises more electronic music goodness with techno marvel Justus Köhncke, deep house aficionado Marcus Worgull and minimal house producer (and one of the most talked about new talents to come out of the Miami Winter Music Conference), Stimming.
Not just your average dance party, the focus is on hosting a whole cultural experience, combining art, design, video and print, set to the backdrop of Germany’s finest beats.
Sydney is well represented with local favourites Simon Caldwell, Nathan McLay, Somatik, Declan Lee, Jamie Lloyd, Komodo and Bryan O’Callaghan providing support for the night.
Brace yourself for some serious sensory stimuli.
