Ayurveda arrives in Bondi Junction

The art meets science

Fancy a Pizzichilli, an Urdvartana or a Pada-abhyanga? No clue what that is? That’s OK. The skilled practitioners at the new Ayurvedic Wellness Centre in Bondi Junction will guide you through a range of holistic therapies that draw on this ancient science.

If you want to balance your vata, pitta or kapha (terms that relate to your body type and thought patterns), increase your longevity or simply relaaaaaax there are loads of therapies guaranteed to restore your will to live (and live and live).

Indian ex-pat and Centre founder Rita Sagrani sought out the wisdom of her homeland to treat her own chronic illness a few years ago.  Based on her positive, successful experience, she decided to bring Ayurveda to Sydneysiders in need of a helping hand.

Ayurveda is not about treating disease as an isolated occurrence. It’s about the interconnection between thoughts, emotions and physical health and teaching us ‘the art of living’.
