Wellness and inspiration, a match made in heaven. Wellness is all around and we are constantly seeing inspiration whether that is for our personal lives, our work lives, or our relationships. But sometimes it’s hard to know where to turn when we need a top up.
The Wellness Festival, brought to us by Colours and Coconuts is exactly what we’re looking for. A one-day hit of inspiration via some of the best speakers in the wellness space, plus a range of wellness brands on hand to help you stock up on what you’re currently missing.
There are six speakers on for the day, most of which have become household names. Hosted by Rachel Finch, we’ll be introduced to Sarah Wilson, founder of I Quit Sugar, Lisa Messenger, founder and editor-in-chief of Collective Hub, Melissa Ambrosini, best-selling author of Mastering Your Mean Girl, Julie Stevanja, co-founder of Style Runner, Carla Oates, The Beauty Chef, and Sarah Holloway, co-founder of Matcha Maiden. There will also be a fitness session run by former Winter Olympian Steph Prem from Studio PP. These six inspiring women will speak to everything from health, wellness, self-love, career, and relationships.
During the day, there will be plenty of time to explore the Wellness Market, which will be filled with Melbourne’s best food, drinks, beauty and health brands from Greene Street Juice, Pana Chocolate, Happy Melon Studios, St Ali Coffee, and 213 Apparel.
Guests will be treated to a fresh coconut on arrival and a goodie bag as they leave for the day.
