As pre-loved as it is, there’s always a frock in your wardrobe that’s taking up precious space. It’s been re-accessorised, worn with and without stockings, and has done its duty admirably amongst your social set. Time to let some other lady love it, and get a new season piece in return.

If the label says ‘Leona Edmiston’ that’s exactly what you can now do. Today sees the launch of a new consignment program in Leona’s Vintage Boutiques.

You drop into her Balmain (or Prahan) boutique and agree on your set price tag for the item. It will be displayed for three months in store and if sold you’ll receive half of the sale price, in the form of a voucher redeemable at any of her boutiques.

Be quick to do well from provenance, Leona herself has given a few once loved dresses and a few pairs of almost-new heels.

Swapping with best friends you’ll always do, but it’s nice to get something brand new back.
