Who doesn’t love a long lunch. We all live for Fridays where the whole office heads to the pub for lunch and come 2pm the boss (possibly after throwing back a few beers with lunch, potentially encouraged by yours truly) announces no one has to go back to the office for the day. But not everyone has a superstar boss like that or can afford such luxuries when their workload is a mile high. It’s great in theory to do it every day of the week, but we’ve got work to do and bills to pay.

We recently discovered the cool app from Westfield Sydney, ‘Eat On Time’ that lets you order your city lunch from your phone while you’re still hard at work, and by the time you get to the food court your lunch is ready to grab and go. It’s revolutionary.

Criniti’s restaurant at Woolloomooloo have introduced their new ‘Express Lunch Menu’ which will tempt you to break free of your inner city lunch locals and head to Woolloomooloo for a meal so good you’d think it was a weekend treat. Like the ‘Eat On Time’ app, you can even order what you want before you leave the city and have it ready for you on arrival.

You’ll still get amazing Criniti’s signature dishes but your fine dining experience will come in a 30 minute time limit. What are you in the mood for? 120 day grain fed Hereford black angus tenderloin? A one metre long woodfire pizza?
