Bike disciples alert: head to the Deus ‘Temple of Enthusiasm’ car park tomorrow. The fourth annual Deus Bicycle Swap Meet is on for vintage and new bicycle parts to trade.
In the spirit of helping everyone build up their own custom rigged bike, start at the consignment wall or meander your way through twenty stalls showcasing frames, wheels, classic vintage parts and pieces. Proceed to swap, sell, haggle; fight if you come across an old Shimano Dura-Ace set.
Did someone say competition? Get on yer BFF sponsored stationary bike and go head to head in a roller race (aka Goldsprints) involving you and an opposition sprinting as fast as you both can. The fastest rider goes on to contend in the next round with spoils to the winner.
If you’re still in the need for speed, enter the ‘Strong Man Comp’ and test how quickly you can change a flat. We’ve been told that it’s more difficult than you think.
Get down for some wheel good fun.
