Calling all Cake Bakers and Sweet Makers

The annual Cake, Bake & Sweets Show is back. Think the Easter Show on steroids, just for cake makers.

If you’re a fan of Zumbarons, macarons, cupcakes, wedding cakes, novelty cakes, cake pops, pastry, puddings, even the cronut, there is something for you at this three day showcase of all things sweet.

Do you watch DC Cupcakes, Cupcake Wars, Cake Boss or the Great Australian Bake Off? Do you covet a KitchenAid in every colour?

Well, here’s your chance to get up close and personal with the stars of the international baking world – if you’re lucky you’ll get to taste some of their baking too.

Taking over the Sydney Showgrounds, this sweets show isn’t just an expo. Grab a seat in the Lifestyle FOOD’s All Star Theatre to watch Chef Duff Goldman bring liquid nitrogen into baking, pop by The Bakery Theatre and learn how to whip up sourdough hot cross buns just in time for Easter, or book in for a full day cake decorating workshop with Canada’s The Caketress.

And don’t forget to swing by The Wedding Cake Walk. Ok it’s not quite a cat walk but you’ll see more than 80 entrants into the Australian Cake Decorating Championships.
