Spring Harvesting

If you answer yes to any of the below questions, you’ll want to get along to The Age Harvest Picnic at Werribee Park.
1.     Do you love a good picnic experience shared by other foodies?
2.     Have you always wanted to have an American “4th of July” style picnic?
3.     Do you like grape grazing but want to bring your kids?
4.     Do you think you belong in the grounds of Werribee Park and since you’re not getting married and don’t like polo, this is your only chance?

Prepare yourself for a boutique smorgasbord of local food and wine tastings from Aromatic Spices, Barfold Estate, Beechworth Honey, Brussels Belgian Waffles, Charlie’s Cookies, Daylesford and Hepburn Mineral Springs Co, Paella Pan, Red Duck Beer and Timboon Fine Ice Cream to name a few.

If cooking food (rather than eating it) is more your thing, there’s a great line up of cooking demonstrations from therapeutic chef, Samantha Gowing, Tony Tan and Andrew Blake from Blake’s feast.

There’s also free activities to keep the little people entertained and non-age discriminatory musical entertainment (the Gee Whiz Kidz, The Black Sorrows with Joe Camillieri and Combo la Revelacion).

So bring your picnic rug and basket and get ready to harvest.
