Stay Up Late With Hanoi Hannah Vietnamese Supper Club

Hanoi Hannah Pic credit Simon Shiff_620x349Late night dining. It’s good for the busy, the boozed and the event goers, or simply those who like to take the late seating. If this sounds like you, we’re pleased to introduce Hanoi Hannah’s new Vietnamese supper club menu along with their new late night opening hours.

Chef Jerry Mai (ex Longrain and Seamstress) has been collaborating with the head chefs from both Hanoi and Saigon Sally to ensure that the Vietnamese authenticity is kept across both venues, day and night.

While the blackboard menu will be changing things up each evening, dishes like the fried betel leaf cigars filled with lemongrass beef dipped in Nuoc cham, the Hanoi style springs rolls wrapped in crunchy iceberg lettuce and mint and the crispy pork green mango bao and sliders on brioche with sriracha mayonnaise are said to be mainstays.

The man behind the bar, Simon Blacher, is whipping up a few cocktails to soothe the summer heat. Try the lychee and lemongrass caprioska, a tropical twist on the classic cocktail. If that doesn’t do the trick, the mini coconut sorbet in waffle cones might.

Grab a seat at the timber bar, with a special someone, and stay up to make the memories.
