The man known for keeping keen music festival goers rocking for days, providing them with the finest Organic Fair Trade coffee brewed out of the back of the Kombi, has rolled into Albert Park – launching Combi Coffee Espresso Bar.
Nestled between Absinthe and the Poets & Thieves second hand bookstore, you can’t miss this hole in the wall style café with its green grass shop frontage perking up the eclectic arts corner of Albert Park. Combi Coffee’s miniature white picket fencing, grass covered milk crates, red cushioned stools, and distinct maple tree out the front along with whirly wind toys, ginger bread men and cupcakes aplenty, make it feel like you’ve stepped into an imaginary world.
If the homely feel and delicious aromas inside the espresso bar don’t warm you up suitably, then the rich in body and full in taste, beautifully blended coffee will remedy.
Combi Coffee was born in the late 90s out of the back of a 72 VW Kombi travelling to music festivals along the Southern and Eastern coasts of Australia. In May 2007, the first Combi Coffee Espresso Bar opened in Elwood.
It’s motto: “gratitude is the best attitude”. Grateful are we, for this espresso bar gem.
