Get your Glow on this Winter…with Glow Winter Arts Festival in Melbourne

One thing is certain about Melbourne – we get to experience all 4 seasons. Right now, we’re in in the thick of Melbourne Winter. But as true Melbournians, instead of hibernating, we proudly embrace the chilly season and flourish.

The Glow Winter Arts Festival is a glorious celebration of Winter with an experience like no other. Over four magical nights, Central Park, Malvern is transformed into a breathtaking Winter wonderland. Created by some of Australia’s well-renown artists, the park lights up with magnificent and astonishing art installations and illuminating sound and light shows to ignite your spark and imagination. This year is particularly special, as it marks the 10-year anniversary of this wonderful festival of cultures and art coming to life.

With over 30,000 visitors expected to attend, this free event is the perfect Winter activity for the whole family. There’s a music making playground where the audience become conductors, a 16-meter gigantic bubble and lots of other after dark whimsical creations. Enjoy an array of snacks at the food trucks, such as the salted caramel Rockin Donuts . For the grown ups, it’s the ultimate opportunity to rug up and indulge in some whiskey hot chocolate and Mulled Wine

So grab your beanie, gum boots and gloves, and head on down to be immersed in the memorising and enchanting experience of the our beautiful Melbourne Glow Show.
