The newest opening that is getting us to open our wallets is Emporium Melbourne, the new seven level shopping complex that is combining Australian firsts, Melbourne firsts, incredible fashion, unseen style, and food that is drawing a crowd on its own. Covering 48,000 square meters, this heritage-listed building that was once the Myer Emporium has undergone a serious facelift indoors giving it a sleek and styling finish, keeping the façade in tact.

As we welcome Emporium Melbourne, we also welcome Australian firsts, Uniqlo, Zoo York, UCLA, and Calvin Klein Watches & Jewellery. Uniqlo offers up affordable and reliable basics, while Zoo York gives us a touch of New York street style. UCLA gives us a little preppy style, and Calvin Klein is an already loved name in fashion, so will no doubt be welcomed with open arms.

In the fashion department, Emporium Melbourne will also see a long list of Melbourne firsts including Victoria Secret, a flagship store from The Waiting Room by Dr. Denim, Kate Spade, Marc Cain, and Michael Kors. Melbourne flagships within the complex will include Topshop, Oroton, and Nine West.

A lunchtime shopping break has never looked so good.  Melbourne firsts will include Becasse, Alison Neilson Chocolate bar New York, Pho Nom, and New Shanghai.  Nespresso has also opened its largest coffee room in Emporium with stunning effects. I Love Pho, Jimmy Grants from George Colombaris, Jones the Grocer, and Bar Napoli will also be making their way to the CBD for this venture.
