Last weekend it was your best friend’s baby shower, next week it’s your dad’s 60th, and you’re in the midst of planning a minor event called a wedding.  They’re a few of the milestones in life that need that little something extra; unique and oh so personal.

Enlist the help of sister duo Zoe Ritch and Billie Shennen. They’ve launched their own invitations solutions business, to capture each person’s stories and create beautiful celebrations on paper.

“An invitation is a reflection of you.  Each should be as diverse as you are” says Zoe.  So if you’re thinking on an engagement invitation, it should mirror your love of macaroons or his passion for sports, along with your love of travel and adventures together.

The sisters come from a creative family (both have advertising backgrounds and Billie is ex Yen Magazine), so you can expect the benefits that come from following a traditional design brief process. During the initial casual one hour consultation you fill in their design questionnaire and they’ll talk you through the creative process to find the idea for your one-of-a-kind invitation. Zoe and Billie go away and work up two ways to produce a unique and unforgettable invitation to your budget, feeding in your personality profile for the event.

Within two weeks they’ll come back with two design concepts and you can expect some forward-thinking ideas. From beautiful French marionette letter pressed sets – right through to A2 oversized poster invitations. It could be a photograph of a mural by a commissioned stencil artist, or perhaps a screen printed towel.

Once the details are agreed your invitations start to take shape. With due to-ing and fro-ing, you can expect two rounds of amendments and a final proof for your design. A bespoke way to introduce your milestone in the most memorable way.
