SJ’s Talk Eat Drink Program continues this Winter with a veritable host of inspiring chefs including the iconic Damien Pignolet (Bistro Moncur), Brent Savage (The Bentley Bar), Lauren Murdoch (Felix, Ash St Cellar) and cheese master Will Studd, and best of all, you get to eat what they cook (complete with matched wines).

Watch the demonstrations to get the skinny on how the pros do it, or if you want to get your hands dirty (and let’s face it, it’s more fun that way), there are classes geared for small groups so you’re sure to leave with more than you came from.
