You know those rare moments when you see something for the first time and you just know it’s going to be great? That’s what we felt when we first laid our eyes on the newest thing is kids fashion – Little Wild Things t-shirts. It all started to make more sense when we realised the two women behind the brand knew a thing or two about fashion. 

Jackie Hunt and Charlotte Grigg (neighbours and almost sister-in-laws) are behind this new label and just speaking to them you can hear the excitement in their voices. Hunt has a background as a buyer for Myer and Forever New, while Grigg spent seven years as a buyer at Sportsgirl after working at Burberry in London. See what we mean? They know what they’re doing.

So why Little Wild Things? Kids churn through t-shirts faster than you can say ‘wash your hands Tommy”, so it just made sense for them to start there. But they wanted something kids could wear that was stylish, cool, current, adorable, but also simple. Made using organic bamboo cotton, they feel as good as they look. And yes, they fit the bill of stylish and adorable. 

The gorgeous metallic prints are limited edition. Each design will only be printed once, with limited stock. When it runs out they create new designs. So unlike a lot of the children’s clothing stores we automatically go to, these tees are not mass-produced and won’t be seen on everyone in the playground.

With designs inspired by the little wild ones in their lives and the imaginations they possess, they are playful and perfectly suited to kids.
