Ask a group of your average video gaming buddies and they’ll swear blind that they’re avid symphony fans. In some cases, they’ve probably listened to more musical compositions than you.
It’s due to the epic tracks from games such as Gears of War and anime like Final Fantasy. From a series of symphonic experiences presented by Eminence. Their next and 7th instalment, A Night of Fantasia, features a full Symphony Orchestra, choir, and a giant video screen showing images from the worlds of video games and anime.
On the night you’ll hear the world premiere performance of Prince of Persia and Dragon Age. You can personally meet and interact with composers and artists including Steve Jablonsky (composer of the musical score for Transformers 2 the movie), Inon Zur (Crysis,Prince of Persia, Fallout 3 and Dragon Age), Cris Velasco (Starcraft II and God of War) and Aubrey Ashburn (Dragon Age).
It’s classical music that packs a progressive punch.
