If you can find your way to Shady Pines you are on the right track for a nautical adventure which will see you making friends with a beer loving plastic parrot, swigging a cocktail from a salvaged boat cum sofa and dancing up a storm in the glitter ball party bathroom.

This is not your average small bar. The captains of the much loved Island Bar (Mike Edkins, Marco Faraone and Luke Redington) have opted for a bit of land loving by bringing the fun of the open seas and a heap of kitsch to Foley lane.

Head top deck to the Seafood shack or shake it out down in the Den. Wherever you chose to lower your anchor expect to chow down on dinner fare with a twist; fittura of calamari and prawns, cod ‘n’ chips and unmissable panigacci, a Tuscan specialty of terracotta baked bread over charcoal that arrives in paper bag.
