When wine and comfort food are high on your agenda, and you really can’t be bothered to cook dinner, seek refuge at St Katherine’s.
Opening on 4 May, this piously named restaurant is the latest offering from The Press Club’s wunderkind George Calombaris, in collaboration with fellow restaurateur Shane Delia.
Situated in the leafy, school-lined streets of Kew; St Kats is a realisation of both Calombaris and Delia’s affection for family, culture, cuisine and great hospitality.
With an affordable selection of dishes combining Modern Greek, Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisine, you’ll find yourself ordering share plates in order to try everything.
Taking European hospitality to another level, St Kats can also host up to 100 guests in an intimate upstairs space, offering cooking classes and open kitchen dinners with the restaurant’s founders.
If this all sounds delightful but you can’t ditch your post-work Uggs and trackies ensemble, don’t fret – St Kats does takeaway too.
