Melbourne Pub Group knows a thing or two about meat. So it makes sense that they’ve joined forces with a handful of Melbourne’s best meaty venues to bring some of the tastiest cuts together in the one place. That place, more specifically, is The Deck at Circa The Prince.
The Great Southern Beef & Lamb Meat Feud (wow, what a mouthful!) is the little brother of Meatopia and is bringing together six venues in total, who will all set up a station at The Deck, allowing guests to sample one of each dish for just $49 a head.
So where will you be dining? Middle Park Hotel, Meatball & Wine Bar, Fancy Hank’s BBQ, Newmarket Hotel, Peter Bouchier, and Gelato Messina. The last one might seem a little odd, but we’ll just say… bacon ice-cream.
Drink Baa-r by Mitchelton Wines, Chandon and Little Creatures while you slip into a meat coma.
At the end of the day guests will be invited to cast their vote for the best dish of the day and the winner will walk away with the Top Cut trophy.
